Animes with hidden rating still show in top 10 list [FIXED]

Example:
As for today, "Hana Yori Dango" has Rating: hidden (5 votes)

Despite that, it is listed on the mainpage:

Anime Stats
Top 10
9.20 Rurouni Kenshin - Reminiscence
9.20 Hana Yori Dango
9.08 Naruto

Yup, I think EXP should increase the min. amount of votes to get into the top10 animes to 20.
