Minor changes moves to the top of latest reviews [FIXED]

just like the title implies..after checking the minor changes box it moves the review to the top of Latest Reviews list, thought it was supposed to be like this at start

so what was the general opinion on this one?
should they be moved to the top or not @ minor changes?

I think the minor changes were suppose to leave the post where it was...

yea...minor changes shouldn't bring the review to the top of the latest review list...
there are ppl abusing this bug including me...that way one can get additional votes only by correcting some grammar mistakes

only reviews that are new or edited beyond minor changes should be able to make it to the top of the latest review list
