[CGI] Latest files not following performance options [FIXED]

The latest files page always defaults to show 20 entries eventhough you might have a different setting in your profile setting for "Performance options -> Entries per page".
Please fix!

Yeah, I hesitated about where to post it but as it's actually an inconsistency I opted for a bug report.
