[CGI] Edit anime image (picture string ID) [FIXED]

When I tried to edit I Me My! Strawberry Egg with a new picture string ID I get this error:

ERROR: 12 - illegal Picture ID String or Picture URL

Tried both "10.jpg" which the image upload script said to use and only "10" just in case, neither worked although using only "10" gave a different error message since it's wrong.
