[BUG] Incorect edit notice subject and text [FIXED]

Week ago I've received edit notice for anime I've never touched:

Title: [EDIT NOTICE] ANIMETITLE: Bannou Bunka Nekomusume OVA 1 (name)
Body:
A database entry you either own or for which you have submitted a change
request in the past has just been modified.
You may want to verify the changes.

Changed Entry: ANIMETITLE: 167 - ANIMETITLE: Bannou Bunka Nekomusume OVA 1
Changed Fields: name

If you do not wish to receive these messages you can disable them in the profile settings.
This is an automated message of the creq system.

However, link ANIMETITLE: 167 - ANIMETITLE: Bannou Bunka Nekomusume OVA 1 were pointing to DNA^2 which is indeed was changed at that time. So only text of this notice was incorrect.
