Add/Del Genres [NOBUG]

for some reason, I dont know if this is a bug or a policy change, but I cannot add/del genres. There are no options when I go to the page. It only shows the genres of the anime but doesnt allow you to do anything.

that's a policy change.
only the owner of an anime or moderators are now allowed to add or remove genres.
if you want to request a change do so in the changereq. forum.
