Notification mistake?

I just received a notification for a group drop for an anime I never added such a notification. It was for Anime-Source & Anime-Soft (GID:469) for the anime .hack//SIGN (ID:24).

It also shows as dropped but as released episode 26. That's misleading. :/
I think there was already a discussion about this and a change request to a more understanding naming for group status.

group drop notifications are based on files in your mylist, not notifications you added.

I don't see a way to improve the naming atm.

Same here... I got four messages saying .hack//SIGN was dropped by various group, but I only have files of two of those groups in my mylist.

Besides, why were they set to dropped anyways?
