I noticed that ongoing anime or an anime that has just ended
will show up with wrong dates in mylist but anime that is older will have
the correct dates. Any ideas on why that may be?

For example , I have Samurai 7 in mylist and the first episode aired June 12th , 2004 yet the date for that episode in mylist is May 10th , 2004. Episodes 7-12 all have the same date of July 11th , 2004. I also have wrong dates for Fullmetal Alchemist episodes 40+. I just noticed the Elfen Lied dates are wrong also. It looks like whatever older stuff I have (4 months or older) has the correct dates.
Thanks for trying to help.

please note, that the dates shown are either the air dates of an episode or (if those are not added) the addition dates to anidb.
do you still think the values are wrong?

Apparently, it only shows the date these eps were added (ep1: 10.05.2004, ep2: 14.05.2004), regardless of the "aired on" date, which is set for both.

hmm.. I must be missing something then... the episode AIRED 12.06.2004 and it shows in mylist as 10.05.2004.. meaning that the ep was added a month earlier than it actually aired?
if that's the case... wahaha, you added that ep... lamer!

Is there anyway to have mylist show only the aired dates for
all episodes instead of when they were added to the database?

To state the obvious: The airdate will be shown if it has been added (that's what exp fixed), but of course it can't be shown if it hasn't been added ^^;

Thanks for the help. I noticed that it is fixed in mylist but the problem
persists when using the export feature. I guess whatever you fixed hasn't
been fixed in the export software ?

the mylist exports aren't supported directly by exp, but rather the export template authors.
But yeah, displaying air dates if entered in mylists exports is a rather easy task.
