[CGI] 'Completed' status of releases

Post by Eghost »

Very minor bug, actually more like 'random feature'.

http://anidb.ath.cx/perl-bin/animedb.pl ... ime&aid=60

On 22.09.2004 i added external subs files for AHQ release of HMM.
(eps 01-05, which are harder to get than 06-..)

on 23.09.2004 we see in group info:

Anime HQ 10 complete 18.08.2004

Now it's 'complete' though it doesn't reflect last update (of 22.09.2004).
It's already wrong (from above information one might think that it was
completed earlier, though subs files were added just > 24h ago).

And the other question is if this release should be 'completed' at all if only subs files exists for the first five episodes? (While the rest episodes have both video and subs files).

I agree that marking the release as "complete" is misleading,

however, this is not really a bug.
after all anidb does not know the concept of external subs.
and if one file from that group is present for each normal ep, it's only natural for anidb to consider the release for that group complete.

the only quick workaround which I can think of right now would be to ignore files with less than X bytes filesize (but were would be the limit? and might it break some other entry?)
