I just deleted a file from "Ghost in the Shell - Stand Alone Complex". AniDB then took me to my mylist (as usual) to show me which files I have.
It took me to the letter "K" - which would be right, if I had GitS - SAC listed under the original title, "Koukaku Kidoutai STAND ALONE COMPLEX", which I don't. I then clicked the link for the letter "G" and there I was given what I looked for, with the "GitS SAC"-tree already expanded.
I had something similar to this but can't currently remember what that was. I hope this is not a double post for I honestly don't know what to search for and don't have the time to read all the recent posts. Thank you for linking to other posts with a solution or additional info to anyone who replies

Edit: Just remembered: Deprecated files.
I thought deprecated files are shown IF you have them in your mylist. I found that recently even if I have a file in my mylist if I open the filetree on the Anime page (not in my mylist view) the deprecated files are not shown.
Maybe both behaviours are meant to be this way, just asking

Edit2: and another one: I just got a notification for Inuyasha and it was a small file by "no group" added to EP169. I expanded the tree and the recently added file which is "crc not checked" was not expanded. I think if I am notified to take a look at a file then it should be visible on the first additional click.
