"File Version" option is missing [NOBUG]

I've been away so I don't know if it was was changed on purpose - and I'm actually to check if it was already outpointed - but there isn't a file version to fill in when adding an new file. I always have to edit the entry to change a v1 to vx which is quite annoying.

No, there never was... maybe because a "mass-v2" doesn't happen as often.

and it would also bloat the mass add form as the version dropdown would need to be shown for all files, not just once at the top.
I think going back and editing those few files were the version is not v1 is the better way to handle this.
