Generic files are attribued to the one who added a new ep and hence appear in his mydbentry, labeled as "bad" (no ed2k etc..)
so the more we add eps the more we have bad files in our mydbentry
werent there a limit of "bad" files added before we cant add anymore files?

Anyway, that's another good reason to assign generic files to "no user (0)".
Likewise:
Groups with very short names can not be abbreviated, hence do not have a separate short-name and appear as lame (lameness: "no shortname"). (E.g. "Moebius". Exempt groups with names <N characters from this rule?)
For animes where the individual episodes do not have a specific title, the episode entries are considred lame (lameness: "no title"). (E.g. Ghiblies, Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien. Add a boolean value to episodes, designating whether the episode has a title or not, and exempt episodes with "no title" from this rule?)
