Lafiel[AR] #anidb-log misdirected link [FIXED]

Extremely minor thing. But noticed that when Lafiel posts a message saying a new genre has been added to an anime, the link that is posted with the message points to the anime relationship page instead of the anime genre page.

I only noticed because I try and keep an eye on genres being added due to the fact genres aren't creq based (feature request! feature request!) and we sometimes end up with wrong genres listed on shows because some people are unclear on what some of the genres are.
