If I click a show/hide filter in mylist, the results overlap across the "previous" and "next" page links. For example, if I click "hide complete", it leaves 46 anime. The results are displayed across three pages: 1-30, 12-41, 30-46. #30 displays on all three pages!
I only tested this with "hide complete", so it may be specific or affecting all filters.
