I've just seen it on Hunter X Hunter, episode 05
The interrogation mark ? is translated to /?, but it should be deleted instead, or maybe substituted with _ or -

Windows itself tells you which ones are forbidden when you try to use one of them to rename a file.
Here they are:
\ / : * ? " < > |
I think Linux allows any char above 32 (although I'm not quite sure), because problematic chars can be entered in command line with a leading \ char.
