New File notification problems [NOBUG]

I have my notification set to new files, but someone added episode 61 to Naruto but with NO FILE.

So the notification has now been displayed but there was no file.

notifications are not send when eps are added.
my guess would be that someone added a new ep and deleted it again ryt away. that happens from time to time.
