[CGI] Tooltips for the new icons [NOBUG]

The new icons on site are good, but they definitely should have tooltips. I have no idea what some of them indicate

I think they all have hint texts, maybe it's your browser which doesn't show them? (I know some mozilla versions doesn't show alt texts.)

only IE shows the icon's alt. text...
my opera 7.11 and mozilla 1.3 don't...

all images are supposed to have alt tags, even usefull ones

if i forgot any tell me.

btw. my opera doesn't show them either. they're only displayed while the image is loading. and due to the size of the images it's only the first char even then

but anyone should feel free to write a help file about what each icon means
