I found out two animes with a very very similar story:

How could they end up with so similar caracteristics? Was it done by the same mangaka? Should we add some kind of relation “if you like it, check this other one”?

The anime are sort of related. Both are based on related games by Atelier Gakuya. The second game (姉汁) could be considered a sequel of sorts, just with different characters.

A similar relation: 愛姉妹, although 蕾 is made by Silky's and not Elf.
