it is transcribed as "Houkago Renai Club", and has a main title of Koikura.
Somebody already added that name as a synonym for
http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?sh ... e&aid=1302
(I don't know whether they were correct or not)
thus it is impossible to add the official title transcription...
