Currently Yuri, Yaoi, Lolicon and Incest are subsets of Content Indicators::Sex::. They should be in Genre or Elements, as they do not neccessarily imply Sex or Nudity by themselves.
Is Genre any differrent from Elements? maybe everything (4 or so) under Genre should be under Elements instead and kill the Genre category or vice/versa.

Also Beastiality, which is also under Content Indicators::Sex:: might be better under Fetishes. maybe.

Also Fetishes::Hard is that "hard" category really needed? Futanari, Tentacles and Virgins would be better off straight under Fetishes IMO.

There is also Fetishes::Juujin and Elements::Anthropomorphism... arn't they the same?

Also we need a Shotacon category. Currently all Shotacon anime are tagged Lolicon instead.

I agree those do not belong there really, content indicators should be minimal. Your other suggestions are also sane.
