Can we autocreq wmv files with avdump?

Supported formats
* avi, mkv, ogm, mp4, asf/wmv, mpg, rm, mov
wmv format is supported, so can I use avdump to autocreq a file? Like
this one? Yes, I've hashed it with avdump several times, but there are no creqs for it.
I'm sorry if this has been explained already, but couldn't find it.
