if i added some files to the clint and i deleted them later what will happen to the files??

You don't state where you delete them but if you used the "remove selection" button all that happens are that they're removed from the list. If you deleted them from your hdd then they'll remain in the list but you wont be able to play them.
The file managers can autoatically remove such files but unless configured to it'll only ignore the file entries.
