0.5.1.219. connection refused on updates..

my first and best bet would be that with the AniDB change/update our 'old' and beloved AniDB clients isnt usable anymore.
am I right?
if so, is it a long wait until we get our hands on the new v0.6 client thats been talked about?

you're not right... the server is in maintenance atm and not all functionality seems to back up as of yet...

Got connection but get the above error... ALso after starting with empty AoM...
Or am I too early????

you propably where to early to try, cause its working now. havent been able to update in a while (vacation) and now AoM is busy downloading a massive update on 6+MB with two additional files in queue.. ahhwell, its finished when its finished
Exp, Ive might have said this somewhere else, but it cant hurt to say it again..
AniDB rocks! I love it and I will definitly keep using it for as long as the DB lives.
