I looked to see if this had already been suggested and did not see it - so:

It would be helpful/easier if the "Notify" popup window included either links or at least file names for the new files. That would make it easier to find the files that have been added, rather than paging through the whole episode list, or going through the "Latest Files" page.

you could use the up2date page for this if you enable the notification filter.

The latest files page might be even better than up2date for this.
it has now also a notification filter.
