it would be nice if aom could have a different color for older versions of files, so i would now i have to download v2 or v3...

That would realy be fine.
But I think an chooseable notification (for an choosen anime and/or all animes on mylist) on the website would be more "eyecatching".
Hm, email notification would be no bad idea too.
