[AOM] off line toggle [DONE]

Just a thought but can be of remendous value for those who occasionally sit behind a firewall (like using office laptop etc) where ports like 9000 will never be enabled.
Can be combined with detection of availability of the API too
then popup with question "website not detected, work off line? (yes, no, dunno)"
File --> Work Offline (for example)
With the biggest difference that it does not offlines the webbrowser too like %^$%^ More$ Outlook does.
