while you can see clearly in the ending the title is Chocotto Sister.

This is relevant because it seems to me that the title is a several fold reference/pun across ちょこっと・あんちょこ・ちょこ・チョコ - that a romanisation based on the last is given in the ending (animation?) when the actual logo etc is ちょこっとSister[シスター] seems non-relevant to me. The title *is* the first meaning (it's about a little sister), using a non-standard pun-romanisation wrongly implies it's about a chocolate sister. Clearly it can be added a synonym though if you like.
Disclaimer: I couldn't get past the first chapter of the manga due to loli overload, and haven't seen any of the anime.
