[GROUP] Remove URL/IRC from “Athena no Seinto & Tai-Rei”

I cannot creq any change to group “Athena no Seinto”, because there is the same URL (and IRC) with the group “Athena no Seinto & Tai-Rei”.

So I think it would be good to remove URL/IRC information from the joint group page:
http://anidb.info/perl-bin/animedb.pl?s ... p&gid=1405

Alternative: allow creq of groups with same URL.
