You've got it all wrong stiehl.
Generic files are just a way for users to state that they've seen an episode when there is no such file in the database, the most common reason being that no fansub group has released it yet. Other reasons might be that you've seen it on DVD, in theatre etc.
The anime in question has no proper files (just generic ones) because it hasn't been fansubbed yet.
No one can add generic files for you. You can add them only to let yourself know that you've seen those.
