The current romaji title reads "Tsutsu Yume Gunnm". Now, this is horribly wrong, it's just a direct romanization of the two kanji and appended the 'furigana'.
As we see in this image I googled up:

The kanji reads 「銃夢」 and the furigana between them reads GUNNM. The first kanji is *not* read as 「つつ」 but instead as 「ガン」 (for 'gun'). The other one uses the on-yomi reading 「ム」, effectively giving us the correct reading 「ガンム」, or GUNNM.

Anyway, someone changed the kanji title to 「銃夢 ＧＵＮＮＭ」 (with a wonderful doublewidth latin alphabet). Only the romaji needs changing now. I'd say synonym #2882 should be substituted and the romaji title needs to be thrown into the bit bucket.
