I have the M-F releases of Guardian Hearts and yes the 1st is the 1st and 2nd ep of it, but isn't that right
For the 2nd ep I use generic file

That's the case with Final Fantasy and Guardian Hearts.

I don't think we need a definitive rule. They don't allow for tricky, borderline cases, and the changing nature of wiki and anidb.

1 File or 2 Episodes are still missing yet.
