You know you can copy and paste the text rather than taking a screen shot, it would be easier to sort through the details that way.

Anyway it looks like it is trying to do some serious renaming (I assume files were moved around to different episodes). It looks like you may have gone through things a few times and might truly have duplicate files. Anyway, I would move everything out and rehash them (a reboot probably wouldn't hurt either). When it puts them into the destination directory, if it puts it in then it should be the file, if there is a duplicate, it really should be a duplicate, if there it does not move the file it is most likely corrupt.

Another thing you could do is to run an external hash program on the files, and if they come up the same, then they truly are duplicates.
