webAOM doesn't save unicode characters in FROM-TO rep. table

Unicode characters are not saved in Rules => replace FROM-TO table.

fast replay and fix - great work... I've been using from today morning.
A shame that my file manager - Total Commander has such a crappy Unicode support (calling it partial is very optimistic)

Real men just use Explorer, and some proper scripting language for complex things.
