When i try to Right.click on a File in the Anime details (in this case i was trying it at MADLAX) i get an Acees Vialtion at adress 006597B3 in Module 'AoM.exe'. read of Adress 00000008.
edit:
this happens just with the "ANBU-Lunar" Fiesl, which i have in mylist.
edit2: It happens to at "Monster" with the files i have.

Try defining a media player first. (Options->Media players)
Check the readme for details how.

Now the access violation isnt anymore, but the "play" ect feature are locked.

Well, they only work in the local files list so far.
