when viewing an anime detail, expand all only expands whats beneath the mouse pointer(and expand does the same thing). The opposite is also true for collapse.

Expand all expands further than Expand. (two levels)
Trust me, you don't want to expand all nodes.

if i have an anime detail, and want to add several files, i surely want to expand all files then select and add to emule(the same thing to do with anidb and the + icon).

in mylist, it's understandable, but i'm talking about the anime detail page(the one after "show anime details"), this feature was working ok with previous versions.
because i can't expand several episodes not even by selecting them first

Will make it work differently in anime detail when time allows.

A temporary workaround is using "Select most popular files" since that expands all nodes.
