(Edit by PetriW: Notice this bug is known, these messages are notices that something is wrong with your local cache, this behaviour shows no repeatable pattern.)

Getting a lot of this kind of thing:

2004/04/14 19:31:30] ! Episode 31 can't find it's Anime 8
[2004/04/14 19:31:30] ! Episode 32 can't find it's Anime 8
[2004/04/14 19:31:30] ! Episode 33 can't find it's Anime 8
[2004/04/14 19:31:30] ! Episode 7175 can't find it's Anime 639
[2004/04/14 19:31:30] ! Episode 8231 can't find it's Anime 639
[2004/04/14 19:31:30] ! Episode 8286 can't find it's Anime 787
[2004/04/14 19:31:30] ! Episode 8300 can't find it's Anime 639

Also, 'Show anime details' should be sorting by episode when it begins, and isn't. Clicking twice (sorting backwards then forwards again) fixes it.

I'll shout if I find anything else Petri W. :D

It means that for some reason your local cache has lost anime and episode entries.

I also get tons of "Episode xxx can't find its Anime xxx" and "File xxx can't find its Episode xxx" messages during episode and file data load. Will deleting all the non-local_ files in kowai, as suggested in the other thread, lose any of my data?

I don't get any Access Violation messages in this version.

No, only the "local_" files contain custom data, deleting the other files shold completelly remove those error messages.
Right now it's debug output but later it'll ask the user to do a complete dump from anidb (you know that long first one).

Thanks for the prompt reply. I removed the non-local files and it rebuilt the db and no longer gives me those messages.

Fixed.

'Show anime details' still not sorting by episode when it says it is though.

Fixed sort issue in 0.5.1

Good news on the sort front. However:

[2004/04/16 0:36:01] ! File 45206 can't find it's Episode 18038
[2004/04/16 0:36:01] ! File 45214 can't find it's Episode 18040

Seems to be de-syncing (if that's a real word) rather rapidly.

I know. :x
I had the exact same two episodes vanish on me earlier today, dunno why and the super debug log I had wasn't super enough to say why, so now it logs even more stuff, some day I'll track it down.

Has anyone seen these errors since 0.5.1?

Not so far Petri W - was it something to do with the defragging that you disabled?

I assume so. Think I'll reenable index defragmenting for 0.5.2 since it seems to work fine.
