[AOM][!!!] abusive mylist adds [FIXED]

Well,

AoM offers a lot of ways to add many files at once to mylist.
It is veriy important that AoM ensures that this is not used for abusive
additions to ones mylist (i.e. all files available for an ep).

The biggest problem ATM is that many ppl seem to click on the ep and then add to mylist which will add ALL files for that ep to mylist!
That is clearly a bug.

Generally it should be IMPOSSIBLE to add more than one file per ep to ones mylist with a few clicks using AoM.
This means that adding more than one file per ep has to require the user to click once per file he wishes to add. And if a user adds more than two files for one ep a short warning message box should be displayed telling the user that it is in most cases considered abuse to add more than 1-2 files per ep to mylist. We might disable the warning for the first ep of each anime though (for ppl who download all groups to compare).

As stated in this thread there will be a sanity check added, it will be made impossible to add more than one file per ep in one action.
