Hi!
I was wondering where is that option now?
As it is still in the readme I posted it in here

So far, when I, for instance change the name of a folder containing previously hashed files and restart AOM, those files appears in all lowercase in the known files under the old folder name.
Is it a no more supported option?

This option will be called "Auto remove deleted files" and "Auto rehash updated files" and be placed under file managers. I'm still adding them though, will most likelly make it int 0.4.4.

Oh I would love this. My top priority. I tend to move stuff around and deleting the old entries always ends up in opening gazillions of trees to find the entries in small letters that indicate deleted/moved files
