[AOM][BUG] Extension Filter is Case Sensitive [FIXED 0.4.1]

I had a particular file that AOM did not appear to be hashing. I checked, it had an extension of .AVI, so I couldn't figure out why it was not working. I had turned on the extension filter, but that had avi in it... I finally realized that the case was different, I added AVI to the extension filter and it worked...
