[BUG] AniDB queue might halt on disconnect [FIXED]

If AOM sends an AniDB command to disconnect and doesn't recieve a confirmation before a new AniDB command is added to the queue the command queue will enter an unknown state and not send any more commands.
Only way to resolve this at the moment is to restart AOM.

Luckily causing this bug to trigger is hard as hell.
