In the Add files section, if you select Add Directory, it pops up a directory selection dialog. From here it does not display directories that have been hidden, and there is no way to manually type in the desired directory. (My hentai directory is hidden.)

I did find a work around where you can select Integrate into shell and tell it to hash from windows explorer.
