These are my requests.
1. Anime Planet recommendation link.
2. The number of total special episodes available for an anime.

Well the anime planet link is formed of
"
http://www.anime-planet.com/animerec/in ... =1&series=" + Anime Title
so you can create it yourself!

No because it isn't available in every anime, so pointing to it would be a mistake when the page doesn't exist... and what happens with animes with unsupported characters in their name?!

animeplanet links are now implemented.
the request for a total special episodes of anime data field will not be implemented.
a) it's not usefull info as all kinds of files are added as specials and in most cases you're not interested in some of them, so a 2/11 specials display would be kinda useless.
b) it does not work with the current way things are done internally. so it would require some large changes.

So then we should remove the specials watched value also as it is not relevant, or maybe add a 'additional files' category?

Nani?
Thke a look at this?
http://anidb.ath.cx/perl-bin/animedb.pl ... me&aid=771
Add it to your list if you want to see the result. You will see:
Eps 1/1 + 1
Seen 1/1 + 1
So I've seen a text file (the special is a sub file).

well,
the sub problem will be solved once shadow files are implemented.
this will also require some changes in the templates

but i have no idea when i'll get around to implement those.
