Hi, I'm trying to write a little client, and here's my problem. I got a friend testing it, and he's behind a router translating the port etc, exactly the problem described on the wiki page. Problem is, his router seems to time out the connection faster than 5min. So, should I ping more often than 5min, which would go against the recommandations I read on wiki? If connection times out all the time, he's gonna get banned for using too many different ports :s

yeah, just try to shorten the delay gradually until it helps.
