Can you explain a little more. I don't understand well the function of them. If I can grasp the meaning I will find some to use.

some suggestions:
pending icons:
- "comment" icon for files - a post-it-note icon (yellow-ish piece of paper)
- "mylist file state" icons, the states are:
normal files:
* normal/original (no icon needed)
* corrupted version/invalid crc - file-icon (piece of paper) with a small bug-icon (e.g. the bug currently used for eye-cancer quality)
* self edited - ... with a scissors
generic files:
* self ripped - golden cd-icon with an arrow outwards from it's center
* on dvd - silverish cd-icon
* on vhs - tape icon
* on tv - tv icon
* theater - film spool icon
both:
* other - no idea...
Most of these can be at least partially stolen from Windows and need minor editing or adjustments. If I find myself having too much time some day soon, I'll see what I can come up with.

well, the comment icon is displayed on the anime page for all files which have a non-empty comment field. it's tooltip allows direct access to the first few lines of a comment.
the mylist file state icons are displayed behind each file in mylist (if the state is not normal/original). the mylist file state can be selected from a dropdown when adding single files to your mylist. (depending on the type of the file, normal or generic, different options are available in the dropdown)
this is meant for ppl who do not have any of the files listed in anidb, in case of generic files i.e. bc they don't actually have any file (seen on tv/dvd/.../theater) or bc they might have made their own rip (which only they have).
for normal files the mylist file state allows a user to specifiy that he has that file but that it is not the original, i.e. bc it has a different hash than the entry added to anidb (this is meant for personal corruptions, meaning versions of files where the original is added to anidb but the corrupted version is not and where the corrupted version is not shared/owned by multiple users) or bc the user cut the op/ed, ...

Shouldn't the arrow point from the inside to the outside (like Elberet suggested). It's usually ripped
from a DVD and not
to a DVD.
Other than that the icons look very nice imho.

I think the last one is the best one. Looks nice enough.
Concerning the "other" icon I think you should use the clean slate icon (the first, white one of the "comment" ones) and maybe use that one or simply add a red question mark in the middle of it because "other" usually means "no idea" - if you think otherwise then the clean slate would mean "dunno, add your comment here" -> a description of the type is needed anyways

for the DVD icon (the blank Disc) you could put the DVD over the disc
something like this:

two new icons are required.

Yes, I know...
If someone has an idea to make them better I would be glad to try. :/

we need little star icons or something like that for the new category system (see:
http://anidb.info/perl-bin/animedb.pl?s ... me&aid=511, click [show] near categories, WARNING: HENTAI!)
possible values are:
0,5 stars
1 star
1,5 stars
2 stars
2,5 stars
and
3 stars
i think little stars hand half stars might do the trick. a bit like our current file quality stars.
but they need to be smaller (lots of them will probably someday be displayed directly on the anime page, where the quality stars would take up too much space)
actually they don't need to be stars, they could also be dots or boxes or ...
