If PetriW is the issue is still a bug.
Just bug PetriW to finish his work... but the feature is not complete.

Just add one of the fillers to your list. Once these eps have generic files aswell, those will be merged with them, so that it shouldn't really make a difference whether you add a filler now or wait for the generic file.

Now people, move your ass and start moving current Bug Reports and Feature Requests there!

Again, can I remove the test site?

Since the tracker is up and running: Yes, the test site can be removed -- thanks a lot for setting it up :D

Removed.

Why you created separated categories for Feature Requests and Bugs?

This is already handled by Mantis itself. In Severity you have an option to set as feature, as there is no 'severity' for a FR.

It would be nice to make also an announcement when we think the setup is settled in both FR and BR forums letting people know that we appreciate their reports to be added to the tracker. :)

In the report page I would add a text after the Reproducibility input box saying: "Set to N/A if you're reporting a Feature Request" and after the Severity one: "Set to 'feature' if you're reporting a Feature Request".

Sounds useful ^^;

As it seems, Mantis' filtering works much better if the "feature"-status for issues is used, as it isn't possible to select multiple "categories" - which the feature-requests are right now" - at once, when viewing all projects at once.

How about a sticky directing users towards the bugtracker?

well, I think it's easier for ppl who submit bug reports/feature requests.
it also allows one to use the Severity field for feature requests.
I guess one could argue if that is usefull but I wouldn't deny it's usefullness without thinking it over.

but using the Severity=feature way probably has it's benefits too.
dunno yet, any more suggestions/opinions on that one?

I think you're not using well the tracker exp. You, as a dev, never resolve or close entries. Just add a comment saying it was fixed in x version and let people test it. When checked people can mark it as resolved and then a manager can close it after a second confirmation.

Now I couldn't add a confirmation for the notifications issue because it would mean reopening the bug. :?
