Well, as Terry Pratchett once wrote "Multiple exclamation marks are a sure sign of a diseased mind".
I think he might be right, but on occasion two is acceptable. Anything more than that is clearly madness and medical attention should be sought immediately.

No way! Not possible!
But I'm torn, either the anime I just watched yesterday is the best anime ever, or the anime I'm going to watch tomorrow will be the best anime ever.
