The first one is probably an encode from the DVD-screener and the second one from the actual commercial DVD. The quality of the DVD-screener was really bad... It seems they changed some things for the commercial DVD release.

We have the choice between DVD and HK-DVD on AniDB. Then maybe we should add DVD-screener as well.

Paprika is the only anime I've ever heard about having a DVD-screener. IMO this distinction is not needed, when it is only usable for one (or maybe a handful) anime.

Just add a comment to the release. No need for something that will be used like 2 times.
