Can't remember the title...

I've been searching like mad to find this anime to no avail.
This guy is hired as a cook for this group of female mercs operating out of this huge segmented battle bus. Of the mercs, one is very young, & another has pink (?) hair and tattoos. The others I can't remember well enough to describe. It's from 2003-05ish. Somewhere in that time frame.
If anyone can tell me the title, it'd be a huge help. It's not really that important, it's just something that's going to nag at me 'til I know.
