Think you'd get more reply's if you double posted? There's a link about requesting anime to watch that someone will undoubtedly post later, so I won't go into that.
You'd be better off using the search features in anidb...because most anime has one or more of those characteristics.

Apparently cheesemann didn't bother reading the big, giant, stickied thread up top in this section called "Need anime recommendations? Look here!". I guess it needs a big neon arrow pointing at it too.
