My favourite Anime film, can't think of its name.

Hi all,
Some years ago I watched on tv this anime film but like usual my memory fails me now that I want to see it again. I will try explain the content of the film in the hope someone remembers its name.
It involves a kid or two in the start of the film going into some fair and then cross a bridge to another realm. In this realm are wierd beings and the boss of them is some witch who has a twin sister living outside of that town. This witch cares for a large baby. One of the kids who enter this realm gets a job at some point I think shoveling coal. The town has a bathing facility that the witch operates. At one point the baths get a wierd being that drops money all over the place that eventually turns on the residents. At one point one of the kids meets the giant baby who threatens to hurt the kid if he does not play with him. The only other fact about this film I remember is the kids have to hide all the time. Eventually the kids escape the realm and at the end the twin sister of the witch is seen and then the kids leave the place with no time gone past.
Anybody got any idea what this film is? It was a wierd film but for some reason or another I loved it and want to see it again.
